I ( like so many others) am not a techno savvy person and have a hard time understanding the need for constant upgrade and revisions of equipment to improve and simplify systems in our home. The team at sounds good ( although I am sure they think I am an audio neanderthal), was patient in their explanations and thorough in explaining what was required to get us what we wanted in our new home. They gave us a few options and suggested that we start at a basic level to see how we managed with the set up, before taking it to the next phase. I trust their approach and their patience, professionalism and ease on site, made it a very simple experience. Thanks Guys.
