I recently purchased a 2021 Cadillac Xt5 Sport and had a great experience with Paulo. I was particular about the colour I wanted and Paulo took the time to go through the different models and packages and he did what it took to find the car I wanted. He was very patient throughout the process. Mathew Budka the finance manager was also amazing and very helpful. He even called to follow up and make sure everything went well. From the first call all the personnel was super friendly, detailed and attentive. The staff is super friendly from beginning to end, and keep you updated at all times. I wanted to get a car that was not available, and they did their best in a record time to find the car with the trim, packages, and colour I wanted. Paulo did an amazing job, and I would recommend him 100% if you are looking for a car. He made sure I was always updated and gave me few different options of other cars that were available as well.
