Picture a circle of chairs facing inward, hello! My name is Lea And I am addicted to chihuahuas. I took some of my pack up to \No bones about it\ on Main Street. Aside from the obvious in their address, they are on a Main Street and its so easy to get to. There is parking in back and there is a sign that says where their back entrance is. In spite of the fact that sometimes I can be a bubblehead and I miss stuff like that it is obvious and I missed it anyway..... But there is street parking from the city right out front so I pulled my Van up and popped my head in for assistance, and they didn't just give me instructions, they walked me all the way around the back to make sure I was in the right place. After quickly getting settled they went to work on the teeth of my babies. They let me jabber on and I know that they're busy but they were lovely to converse with and I enjoyed meeting all of them. They were incredibly friendly in spite of the fact that I was taking them away from their work. I assumed they would be hours before I'd see my little crew again but 2 hours later and I was on my way back to pick up my babies. I cannot tell you how amazing their teeth looked. The company is called kissable k9 And they regularly attend \No bones about it\ doggy day care For teeth cleaning days and I will be a regular .... well, not me because they don't do humans but my crew will. A little while later I casually suggested to the owner Katie that I really love a particular kind of harness and within a few days she ordered them for me. I don't think customer service gets any better than that. Do try them out, you will not be disappointed

I took my pup there today and Natalie was brilliant. She's got a great demeanour and is so pleasant. He came home happy & not one bit stressed (he is ALWAYS stressed coming home from being groomed) They even put a cute bow on him! Katie was super prompt with responses and it was easy and efficient. Will definitely be returning.
My little one year old Pomeranian Little Hank is not the easiest around other dogs. But he was treated so incredible by the whole staff. That I cannot express enough how grateful am to have found No Bones About It. As for Natalie. The way she put me & Little Hank at ease even when he was at his worst was beyond words. I cannot say enough great things about her. But I’ll leave you all with this. If it was possible to give a higher rating than 5, it would get it from me! This place deserves it! They love what they do and it shows in how they care for the pups and their parents. Don’t take yer pups anywhere else but here! It would be a mistake. Thank you again Natalie for everything! We will be seeing you in the new year!
Took my 8 month old chihuahua and French bulldog mix in for grooming today. She smells great, she's happy and I will be bringing willow back for sure!!
I've had 3 wonderful experiences with No Bones About it. Katie always gets back to me promptly and accommodates my schedule. Natalie has groomed my Westie Ceilidh the last 2 times and she (Ceilidh) always looks fabulous and they adore each other. Ceilidh LOVES going there. She literally pulls me right up to the door. Prices are very good for this neighbourhood. I highly recommend them!
