Bruno and his team were fantastic - they solved unforeseen problems that arose in an efficient and cost effective manner and they are very responsive. The MXL team worked very well with the city inspectors and our contractors, which is crucial for a project to run smoothly. I am more than happy to recommend Bruno Lopes for any home renovation. We removed most of the walls on our first level to open up kitchen/living/dining space. This required new structural drawings and recommendation for proper beam size, where to relocate duct work, etc. Bruno was always very accommodating with his time and always available for inquires while the work was being completed. All drawings and permits were taken care of very quickly and we were able to get our renovation completed within a few months. Thank you Bruno for helping us create a great gathering space in our home for friends and family.
