My husband used MVS service to transport his vehicle October 2020 from AB to ON and received his car in 1 week. After that service I decided to ship my vehicle in February 2021. It took a little longer, probably because of Covid Delays, which is understandable. Susan was awesome and answered all of my questions. I would recommend MVS to anyone who wishes to ship their vehicle across the province!!!!

MVS Canada delivered my beautiful car from Edmonton to Victoria, BC. From the initial inquiry, and through every stage to delivery, MVS were extremely professional, communicative and more importantly - looked after my baby! They provided upfront costs with no hidden surprises, and a traceable delivery schedule. The driver delivered my car straight to my door, and called me the day before delivery, and twice on the day of delivery, to ensure I would be available. The car was perfect, and just as how I remembered it. Without hesitation, I would certainly recommend using MVS Canada. What a great bunch!
I was very happy with my first experience using MVS for shipping my vehicle from Toronto to Charlottetown PEI! They were quick to respond, and their quoted price was very reasonable for the service provided. In the end, their tracking software was a great feature as I was provided regular updates regarding the location of the vehicle in transit. Would be happy to use MVS again, and would recommend them for friends and family!
When MVS Canada Car Shipping picked up my vehicle someone at their shipping terminal left the interior or exterior lights on and I had to pay 180 for a tow to Canadian Tire to have it fixed. I know this is what happened because Canadian Tire confirmed that the only problem with the vehicle was a complete battery drain, and the vehicle worked perfectly prior to this happening. This interruption dragged on the timeline I expected to receive my vehicle by and I never heard anything from them for weeks until I received a bill for the towing. I payed this right away and again never heard anything from MVS Canada Car Shipping for days, until I finally emailed their admins Christina and Teresa, asking them what’s going on. Instantly, I received an automated emails saying my car was ready for pick up, demonstrating to me that they forgot to let me know that my car was sitting at Key West in Toronto for days already waiting for me to pick it up. I would have hoped that with the initial hiccup, someone would have payed attention to my case so that they don’t end up having previous customers posting negative reviews like this. I'm sure non of this was intentional, but they have automated their communications so much that when there’s is a small mistake they can’t keep up with the change. In addition to this, their North American Operations manager Nick said he would reach out to address my experience but never followed up unfortunately. MVS Canada Car Shipping acted like this mistake small potato’s yet the first thing I told their quoting staff was that I’m a student with limited funds and this really made my relocation more challenging than it needed to be. I’m not mad just a bit disappointed. GO WITH ANOTHER COMPANY.
