Hard working, conscientious crew. Very friendly and professional. On time. No slacking off, tried extremely hard to ensure we were totally satisfied. Paid close attention to detail. Overall, they did a great job. Would definitely recommend though, and would use Carefree again.

I would highly recommend Carefree Moving. After a very nasty split, my crazy ex husband boxed (not packed) both my and my daughter's personal property. Glassware was dumped in boxes, in a storage facility. Amazingly, there were very few breakages (definitely NOT the mover’s fault!) They were polite , careful and extremely efficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
Excellent services. They showed up on time and didn't waste any time, nothing was damaged and both guys where very helpful and courteous good value for money
Reliable company team player, respectfully, caring and they listened to their customers. Very helpful team. I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
They moved our stuff, mostly furniture, and assembled it at our destination home. It was a residential move between cities half hour away. (Brampton to Milton). They took 1.5 hours for a commute which was 0.5 hour long. They said they did lunch and they forced us to pay for that time as well. They were not leaving our premises until and unless we paid them for their lunch time and break time of 12 minutes as well. Very conveniently, their management stopped answering our calls and responding to our emails. They were highly argumentative and took very long to do the things. Yes, they did pack the items properly and the 2 stars are for that part. They fraudulently extended the hourly charged time as per their convenience. They did not give us any record of their GPS report when we asked for their travel route for our move. I do not recommend them. I am also going to file a complaint with the Best Business Bureau for their company.
