This is one of the best places in Toronto for dumplings! I really enjoy all of their steamed options as well as the smashed cucumber salad. You also have to love that they have a semi-open kitchen so you can see the cooks making everything fresh.

Consistently good food at a fair price. If you are craving dumplings, you can't go wrong with this place. Personally, I like Dumpling House better but not by a large margin. Only negative would be the service was slow at the time I went
First of all, staff is great. But more importantly the dumping are amazing. Definitely a top contender for best dumplings in the city.
How has this place been winning food awards? I ordered a shrimp fried rice and there was no taste whatsoever. Just bland. The only thing I could taste was salt. The shrimp had no flavor. Even the rice was white and there were pieces of fried eggs here and there. I don't even think they put soy sauce on the dish. Just very sad that I wasted 13.
Great place, decor, ambience. Plenty of seating, street parking right outside. Clean and bright. Service is par, could use some update. Food isn't bad but compared to so many great choices available around Chinatown just for dumplings, this wasn't as impressive. Yummy Yummy Dumplings will beat them anyday with the choices they have and with the quality of their dumplings (regardless of how unimpressive their decor is).
