I love Miniso! The store has a great variety of products. I like the bags, plushies, home decorations electronics and makeup. Sometimes the lead of some items is wrong.

Well organized, kept clean and oh boy it smells super nice! They have a good variety of cute stuff and hardware, not sure if I would recommend their computer stuff or even the rings to hold your phone because they literally broke within a week of purchase.
This place fulfills my Marvel fix. Haha
The product selection was impressive. If you are looking for well-priced home, undergarment, and beauty essentials this chain is the one stop-shop. What made my entire visit however, was the attentive and knowledgeable staff. Unfortunately, I did not get the name of the marvelous Miniso employee who attended to us. All I know is that I am glad I followed her advice. Hopefully she will see this and get the thanks she deserves. I have her to thank for suggesting I buy the comfiest socks ever and get the best smelling candle ever from the free gift section!!!
Buyers beware! I purchased a wireless keyboard and mouse set, but they did not work so I brought them back for a return a couple of days later. Their return policy states that you have 7 days for RETURN OR EXCHANGE for faulty elections, and everything else is final sale. When I brought in my faulty keyboard set back within 7 days, with receipt, and original packaging I had to speak to 3 different people to process my refund. The last person being the manager.... He told me I was only allowed to do an exchange even though their receipt states return or exchange. He also said the return policy that in on their receipt in incorrect. He everything NOT to give me my refund. Such a hassle, bad customer service, and cheap products. Will not be going back.
Sleek, efficiently designed housewares, small electronics (like battery packs), grooming tools and products are bright and sparkly in this airy, light commercial space. Love it!
Honestly I was a little disappointed, I had hoped for more fun stationary, imported sweets, decor, organization, etc but seemed like it was mostly marvel themed products and things you would find in an airport store: travel pillows, lots of travel bottles, slippers, masks, facemasks and dental products, etc. Not saying don't go, just don't get hyped. If you want cutesy socks or little things like I mentioned above better off in little Korea or elsewhere
