I'm sorry to give two stars, because whenever I've gone in person (even during COVID-19) the staff and physicians have been kind and friendly. However, I've now been without a much needed prescription for more than a week because I'm unable to get in touch with anyone at the clinic. I've called half a dozen times, left multiple messages- no one has followed up by phone. This morning I went ahead and used their online booking system to make a phone appointment for 2:00pm. It's now 2:53pm, and despite receiving a confirmation email letting me know my appointment was scheduled, no one has called. It's been disappointing. Edit: 3:22pm and still no call.

Which giving you prescribed cream for your medicak condition, these people dont even care to mention the sizes they have. They just give you the big pack and you landup paying more even if you just need a small package. Please don't be fooled, ask then if they have small size package as per your need and then purchase. Save your money!

We’ve gone here twice as we are tourists who had acute but easily handled medical concerns and were far from our primary care provider’s office. Both times, we were very satisfied with Dr. Sadaf Naqvi and her assistants. If we should have another acute need, we would feel very comfortable in going back. I recommend her because she made me feel like an actual person, not just a set of symptoms.
I was lucky to find this clinic open on New Year’s Eve as many clinics in the area were closed for the holidays. I made an appointment online on the same day for a virtual (phone call) visit and the receptionist called to confirm within an hour. I’m very pleased with the turnaround time. My health issue didn’t require an in-person visit so everything went smoothly. The receptionist called right after my appointment to follow up and ask where to send my prescription. I picked up my prescription from their pharmacy within an hour after my appointment. Thanks for your services!
