I had to move to downtown Toronto for my job. The previous tenant left without cleaning so the apartment was an entire mess. My landlady asked me to have it cleaned and will just reimburse me for it. Tried to look cleaning companies with good reviews but with better rates and found Master Cleaning Now. At first, I was hesitant to book with them since their old reviews from 2-3 years ago were aweful but considering that they've been in the business for a long time and has pretty good reviews recently, I gave them a call. I talked to the lovely owner, Mariya. She was very accommodating and helped me decide which type of cleaning I need. Her team did an excellent job and I was so happy with their services. The cleaners couldn't speak English but they could clean pretty well. I don't think that language is an issue, after all, I was looking for cleaners, not language teachers. They paid attention to details and left the apartment spotless. I also liked the fact that their customer service agent called to check on me a day after. Service at its finest! I could say that I was extremely satisfied and would surely book them again.
This cleaning company is amazing! We recently hired them to clean our office building on a weekly basis and have been so impressed with their service. They always do am amazing job cleaning and are available to answer calls or questions at anytime. They also take our security very serious, which we greatly appreciate. They always set our alarm and text us upon arrival and departure. We could not be more thankful to have found such an amazing cleaning company!! I would recommend this company looking for any professional cleaning service at a very reasonable price.
This is my favourite cleaning company, they are Eco conscious and friendly. They use wonderful natural products for cleaning which are non toxic , smell great and do a great job. The owner is really friendly and knowledgeable and helped me organize and clean my space. I highly recommend them for your cleaning and organizational needs.
Had a party and needed a thorough clean. Large areas of wood floor and carpets too which had drinks spilled on them. The team worked quickly and efficiently. I was impressed by how thorough they were. I will definitely be using these guys again.
