This place is an absolute nightmare to live in. We've been complaining about loud banging noises from a unit close to ours for months and no action was taken by the resident management office. There's this tenant who runs around banging on people's doors with heavy objects hurling abuse at them, throws glass bottles from his high-rise balcony and tries to break into apartments in the middle of the night or any hour of the day. All such concerns fell on deaf ears of the management. Never seen such callous disregard for resident safety.

I viewed 2 units 3-4 days ago. The bachelor I was shown was so old for the amount they are charging in this market. The one bedroom I saw was beautifully renovated. However, it’s plus hydro and water. It’s the only unit I’ve looked at out of 5 apartments where you had to pay WATER. Irene was the one who showed me the units and I honestly felt like she was very pushy and did not want to give me time to think about it at all. As soon as I told her I was on EI right now she started shaking her head back and fourth In disappointment. I just got approved for a way nicer apartment right downtown with lots of amenities for a cheaper price. NOT paying water. Definitely look elsewhere first!
Horrible building with poor services and serious resident safety concerns. A number of shady characters live here who rant all day all night out loud and would try to break in to your unit at night by violently striking your doors. The management refuses to take any action on such individuals, and resident safety is not in their dictionary. The building security is a terrible joke.You'll go through a good deal of similar traumatic experiences if you choose to live here. Also, the place smells of garbage, urine, animal waste a lot of the times. To top it all off, a very unresponsive Resident office and security staff. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. It's a complete disaster of a place unfit for sober people in their right mind
Lousy management and poorly maintained facilities. The neighborhood is dominated by drug addicts and drug dealers and a number of them live in those buildings. The management does nothing to protect the residents and no action gets taken against problematic tenants. The rugs are dirty, stink and elevators are out of order a lot of times
Moved in here 4 years ago and the place has continually gone downhill ever since. The latest fiasco is the numerous leaking pipes around the basement that management refuses to fix or says \We're aware of it..\ and it never gets touched. Now it looks like the parking garage has turned into a rat infested garbage dump. Property manager doesn't seem to care a lot about it with the excuse \We don't have enough dumpsters\. Don't believe me? The pictures speak for themselves.
