Shopped here once and will not go back. I like to shop and support business owners who show kindness and politeness and who value their customers... and this store is the opposite. Sir working there has an attitude and his ways are very very rude and insufferable. I'm wondering if he'll answer to my post as arrogantly as he treated me in person.
We used Lolliloot for my bridal shower in March 2019 and they were amazing! It was exactly what I imagined it would look like and more - the tulle wrapper balloons were perfect and they worked with us to create something really magical :) thank you!!
My husband went today, to try to purchase a \5\ balloon. He was met by the owner, and told he had to go back to his car to call in the order, so he did. After putting in the order, and being told that they don't accept cash (????), he gave his card number, and in the owner's haste to put the number through, must have mis-typed it, and the transaction declined. The owner insisted that it must have been due to insufficient funds (I assure you, that is not the case), and said that he \didn't have time\ to try it again, so cancelled the whole order. Now, I hate to write this about a small business, especially during this awful time, but when all we wanted to do was purchase a balloon, I feel that such terrible customer service needs to be acknowledged.
