Calan is an amazing coach. He provides you with the tools for self reflection and growth. He is also the right mix of kind and stern. His method of work isn’t “you should do this a certain way” but rather “here are some tools you can apply to help guide you to a different and more positive way of thinking” Even if it’s a quick 5 minute check in you’ll walk away learning something you can apply to your day to day.
Calan is a breath of fresh air and has been such a positive force in the community. The work that he has been doing on himself coupled with all the relevant training is clearly evident in his communication, coaching, and interactions with people; always mindfully professional and respectful. The initiative called the Gay Men's Brotherhood, co-founded by him and other personal development coaches, has been a tremendous help and safe space for gay men not only in Canada, but worldwide. It is a growing testament to their vision and commitment to uplifting and enriching the lives of gay men through healing, love, and camaraderie.
I have had the absolute pleasure to have numerous in depth conversations with Calan. He makes you feel instantly comfortable and you immediately feel connected. He listens with with an open heart and compassion and follows with in depth and wise advice. I truly recommend anyone to take a moment of their time and have a warm chat with Calan.

In completing a Gay Men Going Deeper zoom session with Calen, I can tell you, I need more support like him in my life. Calen is supportive and understanding. He will happily listen to what you have to say, and help you work through it. I ended up overwhelmed after the meeting and Calen was more than happy to offer support even though the meeting had ended. Beware of a quack like this person. Prime example of someone with little knowledge trying to position themselves as a life coach. This person has no credibility and it reflects in the session you have with him. One conversation and I knew this was an imposter. Then I went digging into his name and searched his history. Basically an out of work flight attendant who decided to launch a boring podcast and now tryna con peeps into giving him money for half-baked advise. And look him up, even his pics aren't real, they all old. Beware of quacks and imposters like this dude. I paid for 1 session that was obviously home grown knowledge and now a professional opinion in any respect. If you're a rich, bored, white housewife then this your man. But if you are a real person seeking real guidance then please don't waste your money on this baboonery.
