Lockdown has been difficult, and this place has adapted the way you'd like to see. Quick orders picked and good to go in moments, payment at the door. It's a smaller store, so some items required me to go to a lumber yard instead, but it's better than ordering from The Other Guys and waiting 24-48 hours before getting an email to come pick your stuff up. Happy to shop local, especially if the service is better than their big chain competitors.

Always have an amazing customer support experience here. I’m an ideas person by nature, but not overly technical so I rely on some help from the staff here to turn my vision into reality. They are always so helpful with all my random projects! And it was a nice touch that they helped me figure out how I was going to transport 3 dowels on a bicycle. I like to stick with local business over corporate, but the service is just always top notch.

I've purchased a few items from this store in recent weeks and the customer service has been stellar. Each time, I'm greeted at the door and offered help. The representatives have always taken the time to discuss my project or problem and offer a solution. It's just like the Home Hardware commercials - can't beat it. Very happy customer and will return again.

For such a small store it has a lot of staff and an excellent inventory. The folks working here are the kindest most helpful people you will ever meet. I think the Home Hardware franchise should be very proud to have this location in their ranks.
