This company is completely FRAUD. I made an account and answered many surveys and as soon as I had enough points to redeem my money they locked me out of my account and told me that their system flagged my account. It made NO SENSE, and a waste of time to say the least. When I called, no one answered, so I emailed them and they told me it was impossible to reactivate my account or get my credits back. What a fraudulent company, DO NOT sign up for their website you will waste your time. Very disappointed.
I must say this is legit. You don't make a lit of money and the time spent can really add up. Once I got to 20 I cashed out just to see if I would actually get anything before wasting more of my time. I did get a cheque about 2-3 weeks later Cashed it and they actually paid out. I am now again at 24. I haven't gotten too many surveys lately hence why there isn't 5 stars. I maybe get like 4-5 a month and I don't always qualify. Kinda crappy. Maybe I will be lucky to make 30 by end of the year which if they pay out again is still not terrible. Please send more relevant surveys and I will give you guys a solid 5. Thanks!
it's a pretty good survey company . Been with them for years never have any issue in payment . Not making big money but it's fun .
spent over an hour doing an online focus group. I never got paid. I had to email them multiple times. It has now been 5 months since the study. They finally got back to me and told me that I did not complete at least 67% of the discussion so I cannot be compensated. I spent an hour watching videos and answering questions. their platform was not working properly and kept freezing and then sometimes when it was time to answer questions and I was typing up my answer it would skip to the next question. I explained this to them and I actually mentioned this in the feedback apon completion of the study as well. so their response to me was this "Unfortunately, if you had issues staying connected to the discussion and missed some questions because you lacked time, this is why your file is marked as ''incomplete''. There is unfortunately nothing else we can do. We are very sorry for the inconvenience." WOW so after spending the whole time doing the study and since their platform was having issues they decide to not pay the panelist. I would advise against doing any studies with legerweb. For months they gave me the run around, kept telling me that the study takes time to receive payment and If I never kept following up I would never know that they did not sen me payment. I wouldn't be surprised if other did not receive compensation and simply forgot after all the time that has passed.
You don't get hundreds of surveys a day so making the 20 cash out mark can take some time so be patient! I've cashed out my 20 once and then didn't have any survey for a few weeks and then recently I've been getting many surverys and i'm almost at my 20 mark again! Takes time, it is not instant but it is reliable!
