I had a running toilet that I could not fix. I went to turn the water to the toilet off and found that the valve was solidly stuck. It was Friday morning and I was concerned that I would have to wait until Monday for a plumber or experience weekend emergency rates. I phoned Tom and Rick arrived within an hour and a half as promised. New toilet mechanism and valve done very expediently and professionally. Very much appreciated.

I am changing my review due to the standard of customer service provided by Tom. Leaside are very quick to respond and do great work which I did write in my first review. There was however some mis communication between some workers, Tom and I. I was annoyed and frustrated but Tom did reach out to me on two occasions and explain why this happened and how he could help correct it. He never once mentioned the review or about deleting it. His sole aim was for me to be happy with the service and I respect him very much for this. Thanks Tom.
