I recently had several items stolen from my vehicle , so I filed a police report and then filed an insurance claim. Most of the items that were stolen I do not have receipts for anymore. They expected me to go to the place of purchase and ask for a receipt for items I purchased years ago.... yeah ok, that would go over well. So they are pretty much calling me a liar. 10 years of paying monthly premiums to this company. Who is the real crook here? This insurance company ? Or the thief that stole my belongings? Not impressed , What am I paying for?Time to look for a more accommodating company that has trust in their customers.

I have used less than a quarter tank of gas since March. On my 1,800 annual policy, Desjardins rebated me a whole 28. Seriously?! Time to change from these swindlers.
