Tom is lucky I have to give a star. I called to ask a simple question. He was rushing me and sounded annoyed. He disrupted me when I was trying to clarify the two short sentences he said. He told me that I am not a client so he's not going to give me information and waste his time. I told him that I was simply trying to inquire about documents I need to file my claim. (Potentially with his business) He was extremely rude. Needless to say I will never give him my business or recommend LDA Income Tax.
