I wish there was 0 star option here. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Customer service calls should be recorded and most of the agents should be fired! I waited about an 1 hr in the queue and the agent just gave me another number to call. She just wanted to quickly terminate the call and showed no interest to help or listen to me. Why do we have these guys in the business again? Never had such bad experience ever.

Client Care Center COMPLAINT. Service Agent #"2020"Feb. 19 2121 at 12:50 Called the Ottawa location for an urgent matter. Phone continuously hung up upon answering. Due to the urgency, I called the Toronto office. This cost me 35 minutes of long distance charges, as expected. Approx. 35 mins later, a man with a strong accent spoke with me and was extremely rude. When I asked for his operator number, he made up a fake number "2020" then hung up on me. This was unacceptable and I will be bringing this matter way up the chain of command. We don't need the same type of poor service CRA made the news for. Especially not us tax payers.

After approx. 35 mins of waiting, a man with an accent spoke with me and was extremely rude. He refused to put me in contact with a supervisor. He did not answer my question. When I asked for his operator number, he made up a fake number "2020" then hung up on me. This was unacceptable and I will be bringing this matter up the chain of command. We don't need the same type of poor service CRA made the news for. My kid has more respect for people than that. Hard to believe we pay taxes for this treatment.

I had a hearing but not totally aware it was not in front of a judge but a case management hearing and I was not entirely sure what that meant. I had to move out during the so-called pandemic but I did nothing wrong. It is quite clear everything is set up to destroy us both landlord and tenant and more fairness needs to be introduced instead of filling out bureaucratic forms and worshiping a judge that sits on the bench never mind bench means Bank in Latin.I would be better off living in a cardboard box on the street I guess? Keep records of everything including voice conversations emails texts and do not file a complaint if you moved out! Follow the complaint only while you are still living there because otherwise they will discount you.

Abolish this organization, no business survive with 1 star review. You can't find Judicator then don't exist. Like a restaurant that can't find a cook. Let's ABOLISH this place. Stop wasting tax payer's money...LTB is supposed be like the police for landlordsb and tenants, should be resolving the issues immediately. Not 6 months to a year wait. Thumbs up if you agree.

I called the Landlord Tenant Board and ask to speak with a French representative. I had to talk with someone with an African accent. the person was very dry, did not answer most of my question, did not listened to my concerns. I am a team lead on a customer service team, this is very concerning to see how bad services I received from this individual. I am obliged to call again as the representative hung up on me.

Rude and terrible service. Absolutely of no help. The agent literally said “I don’t know what to tell you man, it’s between you and your landlord.” Yes that’s exactly why I’ve called you! Thanks for nothing.
