I get to eat here a lot since I work close by. I have to say the customer service is always great and they keep the spot clean all the time. Rates are affordable and they serve big portions.

One of our favourite dim sum joints in the city. Especially if you’re dt and don’t want to drive an hour to Markham this place has great selection, everything is fresh and well made. Also not as much craziness as other places, good ambiance that allows you to have a decent conversation while you enjoy awesome dim sum.
SEP 2020: open and serving dine-in, takeout, and delivery! This place had always been the best option for upscale dim sum outside of TO's chinatowns, and I'm happy to see that it has reopened its dining areas after the pandemic restrictions. The menus are understandably reduced for the time being, but most of our favourite dishes are still being served. The peking duck is always very nicely done (with lots of delicious crispy skin), and the duck dumplings were a nice surprise this time.
Peking duck was very good, but keep in mind that it's a two course dish (pancakes & lettuce wraps). It was a lot more filling than we had anticipated. Dimsum was pretty tasty. Friendly service, but food came out slow. Great atmosphere and very clean. Bathrooms are pretty nice too!
I was pretty happy with my dining experience here. The food came out fairly quickly and service was very good. I have to really recommend the chicken feet and BBQ pork pastry. The chicken feet was in a very sweet and savoury sauce, which made the dish so addicting. The pork pastry was just loaded with savoury sweet char siu filling. The pastry just melted in my mouth. This was a personal favourite of mine. Kwan Dim Sum isn't like any other restaurant because of their interior design. The space was clean and their decor is very eye catching.
