My in-store purchasing experience was great. I appreciate the attention to detail in customer service by Vicky and Sasha. They were very patient and informative on showing me different timepieces. I was confident and comfortable with the whole process; at no point I felt pressured into a sale. I felt there was honesty and transparency with Vicky/Sasha. Had an excellent experience. I brought a ring in to get resized and the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. The price for the work was very reasonable and the ring turned out beautiful.
I had my fiance's custom engagement ring designed and made by Jeff and the team at Knar on Avenue back in November of 2019. I had a tight timeframe and a pretty clear vision of what we wanted and Jeff went above and beyond to bring it to life. He was incredibly patient with my specific requests and provided valuable insight and advice on how to create a ring that was not only beautiful but structurally sound as well. Jeff really took the time to get to know me and my partner and alongside his design advice he offered us invaluable life advice during our design sessions. He clearly is very passionate about his profession and cares deeply about his clients and helping them achieve their vision. We will absolutely use Knar again in the future and highly recommend there services if you're looking for a premium result with premium service.
One of the better jewelers around thats for sure! So many Armenian jewelers around. Theyre really good at what they do. But I definately liek to shop around as in this one case another vendor priced the project better so I had no choice because it was a huge difference in pricing but Knar has always been my go to over the years.
