I recently bought the Lexus ES 300h from this dealership and first of all it’s an amazing vehicle. The fuel economy and the luxury are both mind blowing. It was possible because of the great salesman Raymond Kan, he helped us to choose this amazing car and told us all about it’s great qualities. Even after we finalize the sale he replied to my texts and call instantly and helped me with everything until I got the delivery of the car. Would recommend this place and Raymond Kan to all of my friends and I’m looking forward to buy a hybrid SUV in the future from the same place.

I brought my 20 year old Toyota Avalon to this dealership for service. I had expected to pay much more than I will end up paying and that in itself was pleasing enough. The dealership itself is newly renovated. The customer waiting area is dramatically nicer and more mature than at the usual Honda dealership I attend for service on my Honda car. The music is soft enough. The coffee is tasty enough. The chairs are comfortable and the Wi-Fi is very fast. While I was waiting I browse the showroom and was very impressed with the level of knowledge by the sales person who attended to my curiosity. this dealership is actually barrier-free for those who are not fully able-bodied. The washrooms are accessible the entryway is accessible and the dealership is broad enough to navigate without impediment. I would hope that all Toronto businesses would adopt such an approach to dealing with customers and when renovating their existing premises.
