So not long ago I purchased a guitar at chaos music with my dad. We cam in, and were immediately shown guitars fitting out preference. They pointed out that some guitars are harder to play then others. And a great part was that, some sales people just hand you the most expensive guitar so they can make profit. That absolutely was not the case here. They didn't care what guitar we got as long as we were happy with it. They gave us tips, and even offered to give us a guitar case for free, as they didn't have the guitar cases for our guitars yet. Every member of staff was very nice and knew there stuff.

I'd give this store and staff a high rating 10/10. They guys were incredibly helpful and if I had stayed in there any longer I would have bought another guitar. Normally do all my shopping at a large national store. I needed a new capo and had just heard about the new store on Bloor Street. I will continue shopping there and it seemed to me that their prices were somewhat more competitive. Went back again today and had a strap button put onto my 50 year old Yamaha FG200. I was fully expecting to have to leave it there - 5 minutes later it was done! Highly recommend KAOS music Centre.
Purchased an aux cable and some guitar cleaning supplies on their website for delivery. One of the bottles of cleaner was listed as out of stock so I expected the order would be delayed while waiting for it to restock. They messaged me very quickly to ask if I would be ok if they replaced the item with a nearly identical one. That would have been great, but even better, they messaged me again a short time later to say they had the original item and would send the complete order out right away. It arrived very quickly and carefully packaged. Great experience overall and the effort and open communication to get the order out quickly was very appreciated.
Visited to purchase an acoustic guitar for my wife. Great customer service provided by Jay, who knows his instruments. That, along with fair prices, good selection, and genuine customer service. I will definitely be coming back.

Ordered a limited edition guitar from their website. I was stressed as it was my first time ordering a guitar online but not even 30 minutes after my order, I received an email from one of the employee saying that my order was completed, telling me the guitar was amazing and that it would be shipped monday. My stress instantly went down a notch. When the guitar arrived it was flawless and played beautifully. Thank you!

Nice local music shop. Excellent service department. Jason & Lou are a real asset. No parking lot but street parking is available. Highly recommended.
