I like this store, great place, I like to buy BTS albums here, staff is very kind and friendly, keep up the good work. Though I do have one question. Do you examine the BTS albums or do you open them then re-seal them before you sell them, because I bought 5 BTS albums here, and 4 of them are missing 1 thing. The Love Yourself Album is missing the stickers... I don't know if it comes with a poster or not. Also, I bought the SKOOL LUV Affair, MOTS:7, and MOTS:PERSONA here and they all do not have any posters in them. The only complete album I bought here was the Young Forever album, there was a poster in there but the rest of the albums I bought are all missing the posters. I am just wondering why they don't have some specific things BTS albums or other KPOP group albums should have. Thank you.

This store is filled with STOLEN artwork being sold without the artists' consent. I've confirmed this with both the staff and artists in question that the artists don't get paid. Do not support.

I’ve been to the Bloor street location a handful of times to purchase K-pop albums and have never left the store disappointed. The staff are helpful and their selection of K-pop albums is huge. Would definitely recommend to any fellow K-pop fans!
