The location is on a 1st floor with a straight staircase leading to the door. They have Julie's Estetics (see photo of the poster listing the services) and a separate treatment room for Elizabeth who is a registered massage therapist who is also doing acupuncture. Elizabeth is very experienced and knowledgeable. The location is pleasant and clean and they have a customers' washroom. Someone who can not walk up/down stairs would not be able to get there.

This place is AMAZING! Julia is so kind, supportive, and is a clear understanding of skin treatment/care. She was right able to see my skin was thin from one glace and gave me so much advise. The service was very professional, and I felt safe at the clinic in this pandemic. Her prices are very reasonable and affordable. It was worth the 1 hour trip to Toronto. She offered me samples and was never pushy to get me to pay more. I would recommend her 100%! I will def be going again soon. Thanks Julia!

I went back for a facial. I have very acne prone, dehydrated, combination skin, with tons of black heads. Laura did my facial and she suggested the purifying facial. I was worried my skin would be more dehydrated afterwards. But it was not at all! My skin was in the best condition after the facial. No active breakouts the next day! I will 100% will have a facial here again. Thank you Laura!
Had an extremely relaxing experience here for the purifying facial. I legit fall asleep twice in the 90min process! Julie had a very calm demeanor and was super gentle. My previous experiences with extractions were absolutely terrible in comparison to here. She managed to get the job done but I didn't walk out with a bunch of redness due to both her quick work and the products used. Echoing other reviewers' comments, I too was recommended a treatment cheaper than what I had booked. Highly recommend and will be back!
