The whole Jerrett Scarborough team provided my family and I extraordinary service during our time of sadness and grief from the loss of our mother. Jessika met us and helped us finalize all the arrangements for our mom’s final journey to rest with her late husband in Newfoundland. She was so compassionate and gave us options to consider in our planning. Golie met us at the door and expressed her condolences and showed us to a meeting room and made sure we had everything we needed.Jason handled all the shipping arrangements and kept us informed every step of the way. His kind, friendly and professional approach helped us to be confident that every detail would be attended to so we could focus on family time. Flora took care of all the contract and financial issues with the utmost professionalism and communicated clearly and expressed her compassion and care throughout. Our mom looked amazing and was received in Newfoundland in a timely and safe manner. We could not have asked for better service than what the Jerrett Scarborough team provided us.

Having to arrange a funeral with no preparation/notice can leave you very frustrated and feeling overwhelmed. I had the pleasure of working with Jesika, and she was amazing. She was extremely friendly, caring and helpful. She truly made such an unfortunate and sad time, easier to manage by going the extra mile. Thank you again Jesika!

We had my sister’s service here recently. All of the staff are very compassionate and made us feel very comfortable. Her service was beautiful. We had a celebrant speak who the home recommended. Her name is Teresa Wright and she did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend her and Jerrett funeral home for your loved ones. Thank you to the staff at Jerrett for everything you did.
I was incredibly impressed by everyone who I dealt with at Jerrett. Not only were they professional, they were also warm & caring in everything. They made my arrangements easy to complete & gave me suggestions that made the whole experience a comfort to me & my family. All our friends & family had nothing but praise for the funeral & the cemetery service as well as the visitation. I would recommend them every time! I have used other homes for my parent in the past but they didn’t come near to Jerrett’s experience.
Macey was extremely helpful and always available whenever we needed her and was extremely empathetic to our feelings regarding a very difficult time for us especially with covid precautions in place.
