Horrible. Never get anything custom made here. They charged my fiance 6000.00 for an emerald ring that looked nothing like what we asked for and then when they did make what we wanted they made it in the wrong size! Its been since the 2nd week of September and I still dont have my ring. This is the most unorganized and unprofessional place I have ever been in. Save yourself time and heart ache and DONT buy from here! Its been a joke of an experience and highly dissappointing. I will never recommend them to anyone!
The lady who helped me seemed very experienced with different types of jewelry since she was quite detailed and thorough when giving me info about resizing a ring. Also let me know what was on sale and quite hospitable attitude.
