Just brought in my phone with the charging port problem. They cleaned out the port and it works fine now. This was a free service which is not something you see these days. Thanks for the help
These folks are very friendly and knowledgable, answered my email quickly and answered all the questions I had. They cleaned my computer and checked to ensure there were no repairs needed for aging hardware. Definitely would recommend them for any apple product service!

Excellent, remarkable service, work and price beyond any expectations. He listening and evaluated issues about my attempted battery replacement on my iPhone 6S. Michael was professional, empathetic, and listened to everything I blathered on about. Then he looked, checked and consulted the back room, and offered me an amazing solution with a new proper battery, reassembly at a complete fee better than I could imagine! Repair completed well before pick-up time same day! Two weeks later device is working fantastic! These people are real, honest and fair heroes in this unique field!
