We recently completed our kitchen renovation with Dave. From the initial meeting, I knew we had made the right choice in selecting him and his outstanding team. We had met with 2 prior contractors and only Dave was able to understand what we wanted from a new kitchen. In addition, the work required that our existing kitchen be expanded. In order to do so, a powder room adjacent to the Kitchen had to be demolished and incorporated in the new design and layout. This was done perfectly by Dave. However, the highlight is knowing that with Dave, you are working with a professional with an eye for detail and very good taste. Once the idea is realized, Dave helps with selecting components for your decision and assists you to its completion. Best of all, a lot of the stress of renovations is alleviated working with Dave and his team of really excellent tradesman. We now have a beautiful kitchen that suits our needs

Daryoush Fattaei was an absolute nightmare come to life and the worst vendor I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Feel free to message me on facebook and I’ll tell you all about him. The day before the renovation was supposed to start, with a straight face he said he misunderstood what we wanted and that we had to pay thousands of dollars more than he originally quoted us to cover the cost of his miscalculations, or he would not do the kitchen at all. It went downhill from there, from all the violent screams and heavy swearing, in front of our elderly mother no less, because we dared to be upset with his god-awful work product. He caused a major leak to go through our first-floor ceiling, he left walls and floor-beds open, red piping stapled to the baseboards rather than hidden behind walls – we had to hire a second contractor to clean up the unbelievable mess and cheap job he left behind – from plumbing to electrical to patch-up and painting. The kitchen, doors and baseboards did not get painted – he did a half-assed job at the remainder of the work and a number of things we asked for were not delivered as per our agreement. Add to that the constant lying, the horrendous manners, demands for advance payment, endless, off-point hour long rants he would go on about everything he had done for us as if he had done it as a favour – when in reality those were exactly the things we had contracted and paid him handsomely to do. Never have I paid to deal with a more horrid contractor who thinks way higher of himself than he is worth and who will cheat you on every point he can. Advice: Don’t hire him. If you ignore this advice, at least draft up your own contract and get him to sign that, rather than his vague handwritten descriptions which he points to as a way to get out of doing things and decreasing the scope of his work after the fact. I’m always happy to share our experiences with him and prevent innocents from going through the same ordeal.
There are no words to describe how grateful I am to iRemodel and Daryoush for the remarkable work he and his team have done to our apartment. Even in this time of covid19, he was able to make a worn down apartment into a sturdy and welcoming home; and in record time! Daryoush works with the best materials and has gone above and beyond adding touches that I didn't even think about. His team is wonderful and they really made miracles happen when we didn't know what we could expect. What is most amazing is that Daryoush is experienced with every part of the job and so he has hand selected people who he knows are top workers. Him and his team have truly gone above and beyond for us and worked to a quality that felt like they were working on their own home. You rarely find people like that who put absolutely everything into a project and treat you like family. They truly are miracle workers and I recommend them for anyone looking for a company that is professional, has great attention to details and truly care about making you feel at home.
From our initial consultation, Dave and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We live in a condo and required a complete reno of our two outdated bathrooms. Dave was consistently punctual, detail oriented, professional and knew exactly what we wanted and needed with just a few brief conversations- he gave great advice and treated our home with the care he would with his own home. They were even kind enough to keep the noise levels down to accommodate my video calls and meetings during business hours! Because of the age of the building, there was a lot of custom work needed in terms of measurements & standard products- Dave took everything in stride and you could tell he takes such great pride in each project he takes on. The bathrooms came out even more beautiful and functional than we had originally imagined! Everything was done within two weeks, and every concern we brought up was immediately resolved. I was most impressed with the consideration and friendliness he and his team exuded- I always felt comfortable and trusted his feedback when unexpected situations arose. We would 100% recommend Dave to any family and friends needing home renos!
Daryoush and his team are absolutely professional, punctual and kind. iRemodel renovated our old, tired condo bathroom into a brand-new, elegant space (tub, toilet, shower, vanity, tiling) that makes it look a million times better. Daryoush was always prompt to return my calls and went out of the way more than once to ensure our satisfaction. Any minor problem, he was there to help.
