While planning an intimate family gathering, a friend recommended that I check out 'In Good Spirits'. Turns out hiring them was the best decision ever. The food was something you’d expect from a high end restaurant, both in presentation and taste. The service was professional, and fun at the same time. Jascha and Oliver are an impeccable team who worked together to make the evening seamless. And to my surprise they even did the dishes! If you are looking for a way to elevate your occasion, 'In Good Spirits' will take you there. Cannot wait to have them back again!

Oliver is quite simply one of the best bartenders I've ever encountered (and I've appreciated some very very good bartenders). His original recipes are inventive, interesting, and never gimmicky. He really knows his spirits and how they play together. how to bring out the best of each. He is personable, approachable, and entertaining. Every class I've had with him has been delightful, and I've taken away new, valuable, skills. In my ideal world, he'd have a lovely little bar in my neighbourhood where I could enjoy his work daily.

I was excited to take advantage of the family meal offering by In Good Spirits this holiday season. The meal consisted of: a delicious and flaky Tomato Basil phyllo tart, followed by a Caesar salad with a creamy homemade dressing, an incredible lasagna with too many layers to count, a warm loaf of herb & garlic focaccia bread, followed by delectable chocolate chip cookies and an apple tarte tartin to round it off. From the ordering process, to the personal delivery by both Oliver and Jascha, to the meal itself - an easy 5/5 rating here. The time and care put in by these gentlemen resonates and we look forward to many more meals. Not to mention the leftovers so we get to do it all again! Kudos for a great experience all around.

Oliver demonstrates an overwhelming love of cocktails and offers astounding service. His knowledge of all this alcohol is second to none. I highly recommend taking advantage of his expertise while his rates remain such a bargain.
