Great place for costume jewelry makers. They've got a great selection of pendants, beads and all of the little fixtures one would need for a jewelry project. The lady who runs the store is super kind and very helpful. They also have hat making materials! There are plain hats in a number of styles and ribbons and feathers and other things one can use to jazz them up. A total gem in Chinatown.
