Alex and Robert were amazing and very helpful. I emailed them with so many questions and they responded to all my questions. Once I picked up my order I noticed there was a miscommunication which was on both sides and they were really nice and offered to fix it for me (which was redoing everything) for free! I would totally go back to this place with their amazing customer service and definitely recommend them!!!

Hot Pop Factory helped me to prepare some laser cut paper models for a science fair project. They helped me bring the cost of the project down from 1000 to 150 with clever design choices, and technical know how. I feel like the folks at Hot Pop wanted to help me out. The models were absolutely perfect, and the kids had a blast folding them.

At the last minute I needed glasses engraved. The team helped me with sourcing, converted my graphic so it would look great on glass and they even delivered. Biying was very responsive and followed up consistently, we are happy with the result and with the customer service. If you need something last minute this is the place to go!
I've been working with Hot Pop over the last fews years, and have had a wonderful experience with their laser cutting services. I'm very happy with everything that we've produced together; these guys don't cut corners and do as many tests as necessary to ensure that you receive the perfect product each time, even with tricky materials and variable thicknesses. But most of all, I'm grateful for their exceptional customer service. I barely knew what a vector was when I first started, and these guys went out of their way to help. They not only fixed my mistakes, but also showed me what I was doing wrong, and were patient with me while I learned the ropes. Can't ask for a kinder or more knowledgeable team!
