I read all the negative reviews but still went ahead and purchased monthly pass. After purchasing, I decided not to use it and sent a message to customer service through their website. Customer service manager Danielle responded back within an hour and refunded full payment with no questions asked. I hope everyone else get positive response from them. I will definitely try Honk again and use the parking without cancelling.

It may seem they are difficult to deal with but what technology has ever been simple. If you have issues don't fret! The app unfortunately does not send the emails to there support team. Google Honk Mobile support team and it will give you the proper email address to get through to them. Yes they double charged my card but we're more than helpful in refunding the error and explaining what happened. Mistake was on my side and they were professional and timely in there assistance. I recommend Honk Mobile because it is a good company, keep calm and all will be well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This parking was way too expensive, the app seemed easy to use but wasn’t clear after all, and, when I contacted the Honk company, I got the run-around rather than help. I’m unimpressed with a company who cares little about clients and their experience. Danielle was also my customer service person and, while responding politely, eventually tired of my queries for help and said “there was no point in refunding the money”. Unimpressed.

Purchased a parking pass for march and when I arrived at the location there was nothing there but a construction site. They sold me a parking space that doesn't exist, which seems pretty illegal to me, but Danielle seems to think that's not their fault and is offering no help. Now I'm getting the run around. Shady company not worth doing business with.

After paying for 10 hours of parking in a lot, I received a ticket 2 hours into my time. I informed customer service of the error and provided my parking receipt and the ticket to prove I was not in violation, as requested by Danielle, the customer service representative. She immediately stopped responding to me. I contacted customer service multiple times afterwards to resolve the issue, with no response. I ended up paying for the parking and my unwarranted ticket. I understand mistakes happen, but the customer service representatives were beyond unhelpful, with consistently delayed responses, and clearly unwilling to accept accountability after I proved their mistake. Avoid lots run by Honk... I’m curious as to how many people they’ve scammed

Fraud Company Honk! I paid for the parking spots while they actually don't cooperate with the parking space and my car got towed! And they refused to reimburse the towing fee for around 4,000 and do not answer any email or phone call!!!

Paid for my parking , got a ticket . Contacted company all they refunded was my 3.25 parking fee. I had to pay a 55 parking ticket . Will be taking this up with the city of wasaga beach

I would not recommend this service. I was surprised to find their support staff are not only grossly incompetent, but also are quite rude. They do not have their customers best interest in mind. If I had to judge based on the customer experience, they likely use interns who have not had formal customer service training. I hope they can improve in the future, as the concept is awesome!
