We had a very unusual problem with a hole in a drain pipe and rats had found their way into our house. Hoerner Plumbing was recommended to me be a neighbour. They were wonderful to coordinate their work with the exterminator. Stephen came out to assess the job and he explained the work process so that I was able to prepare for the situation. They did the work quickly and in a very tidy manor. Stephen was polite and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend them.

Claire has been servicing our boiler system for the past three years and has always provided us with excellent service. When we call to book our appointments someone always answers the phone right away and they are always friendly and professional. Claire always arrives on schedule and completes the work efficiently. Claire seems happy to answer all our questions about the boiler system and has always made us feel our money was well spent. We cannot compare Hoerner's pricing to others company's since we only use them ( they are one of the few out there who do service our boiler brand), however, they do frequently send us promotional offers for a variety of services and often offer us discounts for work done in the off-season!
Both technicians La and Nick were awesome! Prompt, polite, great Covid protocols and everything was fixed at a reasonable price. The office is great to deal with, also. Only positive things to say about my experience with Hoerners. Had toilet fixed, sink unclogged, new humidifier installed on my furnace and new mixing valve atop my hot water tank. May have more work done soon.
Andrew and the team did a great job. We called Friday morning and they arrived Friday afternoon. They were excellent at following Covid 19 protocols. The work they performed immediately fixed our lack of hot water. The time they took to answer my questions about our system controls, so we can better manage it going forward was also greatly appreciated. I would not hesitate to call Hoerner again.
