In my experience, Gucci customer service is the best. They always go that extra mile to make sure your satisfied, even in this pandemic. I arrived at the Bloor St location and even though it was curbside pickup only, they got a personal assistant to get the items I needed. As well as gift wrapped everything for me. Service with a smile.

Had a wonderful shopping experience at this location on Bloor. Even though I wasn’t in store due to the Covid lockdown, I had phoned in for an exchange that a friend had purchased for me over the holidays. I was connected with two associates Laura and Pious, where I got a text message from Pious almost immediately after being helped with customer service online. Luckily they had the item I wanted and Pious went out of his way to make sure it was brand new and in perfect condition. Both Laura and Pious were courteous, professional, and a pleasure to deal with throughout the entire process. I will definitely be coming back to make future purchases.!

Serviced by an assistant that almost felt like a co-op placement from high school. I returned the first product due to a blemish and he proceeded to hand me back in return the same one saying he swapped it with a new one. When asked why is there no wrapping for the new bag, he said “no bags have wrapping” cmon now. I went to another Gucci store and all the bags that were presented to me had new coverings for every single bag. Staff should get off their phones and do something more productive or don’t show up. Looked like a mobile gaming competition inside.
