After seeing the not so great rating I wanted to leave a review on my experience. My ear piercings keep getting infected so logically thinking I just assumed antibiotics are in order. I had a phone appointment with the doctor after making an account the day prior & setting up a time (covid times) and he did indeed prescribe me a topical antibiotic for the infection & steriod for the swelling. Easy & simple, the pharmacy was also fast, affordable & informative of my questions. So if you have something easy, don't discount this place due to the rating.

I think this is the closet walk in clinic if you live in the King west/ liberty village area. The staff are very friendly even there are quite a few patients the day I came in. They still tried to maintain good customer service. But the wait is quite long.

Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was shown to a private room immediately. Doctor was prompt, on time, and friendly and didn’t rush me out when I had questions after. My procedure involved gyno services and she was very knowledgeable and made an uncomfortable procedure quick and painless. I’d come back here for sure for other services!

I was soo impressed after attending this clinic. It was about 20 minutes to closing and I was having trouble breathing due to allergies. Even though the bookings were full for the day the receptionist provided me with a solution to help me, as well as booking me for a call the next morning. Very impressed with how they went the extra mile for someone in need. Thank you!!!
