Without a doubt the worst customer service I have experienced. Due to depart Toronto at 7PM. One bus arrives two hours later and people pile on, clearly not enough room for everyone. Second bus is needed and doesn't turn up until 10PM, by which time people for the 9:15PM bus have also arrived and been made to wait. After standing in the -17 outdoors for 3 hours we are on our way after receiving zero help from staff members. Fast forward to 1AM, we arrive in Buffalo to be told there is no driver until 4AM. To rub salt in the wounds, the 9:15PM bus which departed after us arrived in Buffalo and then swiftly departed with no issues! Currently sat in Buffalo bus station being laughed at by staff as at least 80 angry customers try to get an answer. Still have the rest of my trip to go, but feel free to respond, thanks to your shocking service I have plenty of time on my hands to chat!

Horrible expérience !!! Bad experience !!! They sell more tickets than they have places in the bus. Dont go there, megabus the competitor seems to be more reliable. If you dont want to wait hours to go back to Toronto chose a serious company. Worst experience during our holiday in Canada...
The worst experience ever no one can help and whover talks on the phone is on the other side the world I paid for trips that never showed up and no one could help as they said we are in different time zones it's just a joke !!!! I want my money back but can't talk to someone in Canada. Please never use their service as it will be a hell of a service and scamm
Waited an hour to try to change my boarding terminal within the same city and no luck. Customer service wasn't able to explain clearly the reason. I have never experienced customer service so bad in my life.
I've used Greyhound for travel at least 20 time. Very fast and organized with boarding and there busses are surprisingly comfortable with WiFi and power outlets. Great option for cheap travel
Very organized, information are on screen about the bus departure and arrival time...bus timing is very punctual..friendly drivers
