They had their soft opening Oct 15-31, 2017, offering 20% everything. They took over an Italian restaurant and kept the upscale decorations. The food and drinks are good (and nicely presented). The decorations are beautiful. They have all kinds of seating: outdoor, tables for 2 or 4, counter seating looking out, booths for 4/6, a few long tables for larger groups.

Really chill atmosphere, pretty quiet, and beautiful decor. Food menu is of a good length with a few veggie options. They also serve Taiwanese desserts and so many different kinds of tea! I ordered a ginseng and jujube tea that was nice and sweet.
I love this Green Grotto location! The building is super nice and there's a lot of seating, perfect for groups. I enjoy their drinks more than their meals, which can be overly oily and hit or miss. Their snack options aren't bad, such as the takoyaki or popcorn chicken. Menu items are on the pricy side, but the awesome atmosphere, extensive menu, and interesting drinks are worth the visit.
my favourite green grotto location. Beautiful space in the burano building. Good selection of food, snacks and drinks! They have a good deal for lunch on the weekdays. Great place to hang out with friends or study. Service is a little slow, but love the complimentary popcorn.
Love this bubble tea place in Downtown Toronto!! Super impressed by its beautiful interior design: open and bright! It’s definitely suitable for just chilling with friends or working on your own! I will definitely come back !
Great service, speed and quality. Food and beverage arrived very quickly, with complimentary popcorn served with any other of an entree or appetizer. Slightly over priced and servers could check in more often with customers.
I am an interior design student, so when I come to this place, I get a lot of imagine for my program. cause I feel strong artistic sense. Drink and food are good！My friends love this place-
The shop looks beautiful. The inside atmosphere is great too. However I do find the service to be quite lacking. The front staff girl was not very polite or friendly. Also lacking was any type of directions as to where to pickup your drinks or to wait. I mean a simple point with a finger would have helped. To be fair i don't know if there were something going on in the back ground. But still, friendly consistent service should not be overlooked. There were no other customers lined up when I got in. It took 15 minutes to receive my order out of my 60 min lunch. Because no one declared the order was done or tried to bring it over. Eventually I got tired and walked over to enquire about my order and found that it was sitting on the counter in a bag for awhile. Overall lacking in communication and did not leave me wanting to come back or recommend it to a friend.
