Cool selection of hats but I was under the impression they were locally produced , which they are not. I wish the service had been better. There were about 3 staff on while I was there (only customer in store at that point) and they just stood around chatting with each other instead of helping out or answering questions.

This is by far one of the coolest shops I've been to. High quality hand-made hats and excellent customer service. I bought a nice flat cap, which I will happily be wearing throughout spring summer. I had my eye on the brimmed hats, all of which were incredible, and a couple of them really suited me. Will strongly consider purchasing one next time. Thank-you to the staff who I could tell really love what they do.

Cool spot.. bought 2 hats for my husband... however, did not feel the warmth of customer service... they were pretty uninterested ... not sure why.. we were first time customers.....

I gave a 5 star rating 3 years ago but had to change it because of today's experience. I went into the store wearing a Goorin Bro's flat cap (one of the five that I already own) accompanied by my fiancée. I selected two hats and went to the counter to pay. I noticed that one of the hats looked a different color because of the fluorescent display lights. I asked to take a look at the hat in the natural light, and the sales associate said to look at it near the window. I took the hat instead to the doorway while the sales associate was eyeing me and looking nervously to his manager as though I were going to run off with the hat leaving my fiancée in the store. What a terrible customer service experience from an otherwise great store/brand.

Good hats! Ask for Ameen (sp?) when you shop here. He's friendly and very helpful. The rest of the staff who seem to be female are the opposite though

Recently purchased my first hat from Goorin Bros. Great quality hat and wonderful in-store experience. Ameen was very helpful and patient.
