So far my experience has been a 1 star rating if it weren't for the personal efforts of their sales agent Patrick. I made a down-payment for my order through their website over 3 weeks ago and since have not had any confirmation of my order, nor can the customer service representative find any trace of my order anywhere. Yet my credit card was charged instantly. I called within a few hours after making the purchase when I didnt receive a confirmation email and have been in limbo since. Their sales agent Patrick seemed to be honestly trying to figure it out, but even he is now making promises that go unfilled: \I will get back to you with a list of potential solutions by days end\....that was 2 days ago.
