UPDATE: Olivia reached out and explained the situation which helped me have more empathy. She offered me a discount code which was appreciated. Looking forward to trying some of the new mesh pieces! _______________________________________ Really sad to give such a low review. I love love love their pieces and have owned several in the past. Unfortunately their customer service leaves something to be desired :( After having my order missed, Olivia reached out a couple weeks later and was very gracious. After that, everything just fell apart. I've had to send multiple follow up emails and DMs after receiving no response days and sometimes over a week later. When my items didn't fit I arranged a return and haven't heard back on a refund yet. I was waiting for the refund before re-ordering in a size up, but after this painful experience I don't even want to bother. My original 400 order is going to end up being null.

High quality items made right here in Toronto. The items are beautiful and well made. As a seamstress I’m always looking for ethically made high quality items and this bra shop if totally worth the money. The fit is great!
Really great standards for design, quality and customer service. Great attention to detail when it comes to fit, support, fabric positioning and other technical aspects. Website functions well and delivery is smooth. Plus it's locally made and sourced fabrics are rather high quality to touch and wear.
These bras are the BEST! The fit and quality are impeccable, without sacrificing on beauty. I had changed sizes drastically and was feeling pretty down with my ill-fitting bras at home. I went into Fortnight with the intention of buying one bra.... and received such a huge boost of confidence trying the bras (that fit! and supportive! and actually looked fab on my lacklustre bod!) on that I ended up walking out with SIX. And they were worth every penny - I would have bought more if I could! I've thrown out the rest of my bas and will now only buy Fortnight. Olivia is wonderful and the owner is lovely. I cannot recommend Fortnight enough!
