Frustrating customer support and long wait times. I tried to contact their Finance Dept. via email multiple times for over a month with no response. When I tried to leave a message over the phone, their voicemail was full and I could not record. Instructions for submitting invoice payments is not very clear, especially when invoices are emailed to the client. All that is listed on the invoice is a street address to mail a check. There should be options for online submission of payments and processing.

Do not do business with this people they are awfull they'r called Big Road ELD as well.. ohhh boy....I cancelled my policy with them and they still charging my credit card for a second time in two months trying to collect the annual fee(234) that I dont have to pay since the policy has been cancelled.. again do yourself a favor and stay away from these fools..!

Awful customer service. Due to a \global platform change\ (aka they messed up) they missed issuing invoices for 2019 work, and instead billed 6 months worth of 2019 stuff in March 2020. No communication provided. We had to inquire about it. Then when asked about it, they're rude and unapologetic. What jokers. My employer will be looking for alternative providers asap.
