Visited here during the covid pandemic 2020 and can say they are above professional and definitely bring a \splash of class\ to the village compared to other bars. Highly recommend if you are looking for a safe and fun place to connect with your friends and meet beautiful dancers.

It's a member's only club but you can get a \daily membership\ at the door for five bucks. The door person checked my ID which I found amusing at my age but he explained that they have to check for gender markers as well as age. Only those with \M\ on their ID are allowed into the club. I asked if a trans person could come in because my partner is a trans woman. It was explained to me that as long her she had not yet changed her ID that she was welcome in the club. Lucky for us that hadn't happened yet. We had a fantastic time! The bartender didn't quite know how to make the drinks we wanted but instead whipped us up some local specialties for us to try. The dancers were cute and ranged in age from early 20's to over 40. A wide variety of body types, height and ethnic backgrounds. The music was ok too. We ended up staying longer than expected. But no private dances! This time LOL Later in the night I chatted with another transperson in the bar about the \men only\ policy. She explained that entry wasn't limited to cis men but due to the nature of the membership criteria they could only allow \M\ ID markers in the bar. If someone like my partner went through changing her ID to \F\ she couldn't come in anymore because the government considered her a woman. She said it was the same with the bathhouses. Her GF had her ID changed and couldn't go to Steamworks anymore. Must be a Canadian government thing. Not sure. I was a little worried because of the negative reviews posted on Yelp but I'm glad we went. Will come back the next time we are in Toronto.

I go to Flash regularly (don't judge) and always have a good time. The place is clean and the staff are friendly and efficient and I dare say I consider many of the staff, patrons and yes, even the dancers, as my friends. It's a fun bar where you can have a few drinks, catch up with friends, and oh yeah, check out some hot men if you're so inclined. ;)
AVOID AVOID AVOID! Risky place to go. One of the dancers in particular my friend had issue with. He was violent, stole from him, and harassed him. It was all reported to George Pratt the owner of the club with accompanied evidence and he was told that the dancer was let go and would never be welcome back do to other incidents but low and behold he’s working there still. We reintegrated our issues to Mr Pratt once again and were met with no results. He continues to allow this kind of staff to work in the night club with no regard to the safety or respect of the clientele. I strongly encourage anyone that reads this to please not only keep yourself safely from there but to reach out to management and stand united against this kind of thing being allowed to go on. Thanks to all for taking the time to read the review. And there’s the response. Of coarse the dancer is going to have a separate account of his actions. It’s laughable to think otherwise. And at the time of complaint he was already supposedly banned from the club because of something else so clearly that’s a false statement in regards to no other further complaints. And false that it was even suppose to be a suspension. I have it all in emails directly from the owner. So let’s just allow it to keep in happening to the patrons... just because not everyone speaks up doesn’t mean there aren’t more of us... that’s at least two occurrences in a 6 month span.
