Good cocktails (including "bowls"), great atmosphere with live music. Service was great (we had a large group). Food was good but not great. Would probably be better as a spot for drinks than for dinner.

Good absinthe menu although they were sold out of two brands. Food was good. The place does have that lovely sewers of Toronto smell as you walk in though. It was coming from the basement. Went on a Friday at 7:30 and the place went from empty to packed and full cover quickly. Good spot for a drink. Live music was awesome!

I went here with some people for drinks on my birthday-- we had a great time! The bartender let us know they were still doing a soft open. The music was amazing, the staff were friendly and attentive. The cocktails were really delicious and cost-friendly.The music was a bit loud, so it was hard to have even minimal conversation without almost yelling. Although, we didn't mind much as the band playing was really good. I will definitely be coming back here for a fun Friday or Saturday night!

The ambience is amazing. Loved the live band. People were dancing and having fun. We had a lot of fun too. There is only one drawback that the place is a tad bit small and does not have much seating. But I still give it 5 stars because even though we were standing waiting for a table to open up, we were able to order drinks at the bar and enjoy the live music. Loved it!

I got the steak. I thought it was pretty good. Had a southern style with burnt chips (edible) for a unique flavor.. Live band by Re.Verse made the stay that much better though. I don't know if I was just lucky to be there when they were performing but my experience there was made a lot better because of their performance.

Great food, great atmosphere, even greater music. The live music is always soothing and sets an upbeat atmosphere and puts you in the mood for a good night out. The DJ plays great music when the bands aren't playing and you can ship bourbon by yourself and not feel alienated. Staff are awesome, very friendly and keep in tune with the customers no matter how busy it gets. My only gripe is the bathrooms are pretty small but they hold their own regardless. The food is typically inexpensive and the cooks are obviously amazing at what they do because I had no problems with my ribs. Overall a great place if you're looking for a jazz night out with good food with friends or by yourself.

Great place to come with a group of friends for a birthday or night out. Amazing cocktails, highly recommend the French 75! Staff is super friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back soon!

Layout is really bad. Unless you're lucky enough to get a table you will always be in the way and constantly be shoved around. The band sounded decent but there was no dancefloor or even open space to stand and see them. If you're going for food and a casual drink it's probably fine but if you love blues music go somewhere else.
