We hired El cheapo for the first time and they were outstanding. They were so efficient in their process from the online request that Khyber took to a confirmation call to assess our contents. They were so detailed and thought of things that didn't cross my mind, which gave me piece of mind from the get go. On moving day Logan, Isaiah and Eric were outstanding. They were efficient, so fast and respectful of our items. Had lots of communication. Had our moved completed in 2.5 hours which I didn't think was possible. After the move we did notice some damage on our sofa so I reached out to Abbey and she was amazing asked me for a pic and got more details about the sofa and took complete ownership and treated me like gold, the problem was resolved in 2 days. the delay being in my response to emails. Thank you El Cheapo and I will be recommending you to anyone that will hear me and will use you moving forward. Prabhjot & Chris

We used El Cheapo for our load in for our production of Death Meets Harlequin in Leslieville. We will definitely use them again for our upcoming Fringe Fest show! They were great - fast, friendly, professional. They offered us a discount for being a performing arts non-profit, so it was really affordable in our tight budget. Highly recommend.
Seriously just wasted 2 days going back and fourth with these guys about moving my 1 bedroom and all of the sudden they are now fully booked. I totally get it and things book up fast but it was just handled VERY unprofessionally and I’m not happy.
Will not use again. Company went downhill. Used to be a great service, we used it in the past, but last time was a complete disaster. Movers were slow and taking their time, unprofessional (blasted really explicit music, sat on clean furniture without asking), broke an expensive piece of furniture while ignoring instructions, and the insurance policy did not cover the cost of the item. Stay away, you'll pay more than you want for less than you expect.
