I called Hamilton location and they sent out an estimator Wayne, who quickly evaluated my kitchen sink & plugged plumbing issues including bad odour. I purchased a whole jet pressure wash procedure where few days later 2 Ukrainian guys came in and pressure washed my entire plumbing from kitchen on 1st level into the basement drain, and then out of the basement piping out to the street. Even they inserted a fish camera that went inside the outgoing piping about 100ft all the way to the street to show me results, and the pipes were super clean. I'm glad I dealt with this company because they are super fast with their service, no extra costs were charged and they showed up in a professional massive truck with tremendous amount of machines, piping cameras, drains, pressure washing hoses..etc 10 STARS!!
Vince is amazing at what he does. His customer service skills are on point. It was my first time using this company, and they sent Vince over, really glad they did. I will definitely ask for Vince again in the future! This company is lucky to have Vince on their team!

It was a cold rainy day and on this day I had to use my toilet...but my drain was clogged. I called DRP, they showed up within an hour and unclogged my drain and didnt scratch my gold plated shower tiles in the process. Excellent job Roman. The pictures attached will display the emotion I felt when DRP finished the job.
