When I first read the reviews here I got apprehensive due to the negative comments. However, when we arrived at Dr. Im's clinic, it was the exact opposite. There was no wait. Everything went smoothly. Ms Elvira at the reception was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Im was great, he was very knowledgeable and kind, he patiently explained to my daughter about her condition and what the procedure is going to be. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor. Definitely highly recommended.

I saw Dr Im for two years with absolutely no change in my symptoms. My questions and concerns were not answered directly, professionally or medically. His attempts were always to mute my symptoms using IUDs and the pill which would have had negative effects on my future fertility. Not to mention how rude and short the reception is. I even complained about his professionalism to my GP and nothing was done. If you feel something is off please seek another opinion or educate yourself on your body and hormones by other means.

I was also hesitant reading the reviews on Google but my IUD replacement experience was quick and generally positive. A past clinic has tried IUD removal but did not succeed. Dr Im was very experienced and removed the device within seconds with minimal pain. The replacement IUD was inserted moments later- experienced discomfort as is typical with this process, took some Motrin to assist. The wait was around 30 minutes but I can see how it could take longer, the clinic is very busy!

While Dr. Im himself is highly personable, patient and knowledgeable, the experience at his office is enough to switch doctors. I was scheduled for an 11am appointment, and entered the office with over 11 people waiting at the same time (during COVID) cramped in a small waiting room. I put my health card on the chair and wasn’t acknowledged until 12pm. The receptionist was supposed to call a lab for some test results; after trying once she asked me to call and ask them to fax it which is frankly not my job. When I called the lab they said they sent the results a week prior and that if my doctor doesn’t have my results, it’s not on them. The receptionist at the lab then laughed telling me this is normal for Dr. Im’s office. This office does not respect their patients time and is totally fine with inconveniencing everyone, especially without warning or at the least, an apology. Do NOT come here.

Keeps patient medical records out in the waiting room where anyone could easily steal them. Pretty sure that's a breach of patient privacy. I've been alone in his waiting room, early in the morning, with no one to stop me from stealing hundreds of patient's medical records. Especially because the receptionist shows up after the clinic is open. Must be a serious health care act violation. I also really am unhappy with his appointment system. He tells you to show up at a certain time for an appointment-as he does to ten other people. So you show up at your appointment time but end up waiting for an hour or more. His 'appointment' system? Tell ten people to show up at 9 AM and leave their health card on the receptionist's desk. He then take the health cards and sees people in the order he picks up the cards. Totally unprofessional!
