I cannot say enough good things about my entire experience with Dr. Rival and his team! Not only were Dr. Rival and I on the same page about the results I expected, but his bedside manner is amazing. The entire experience exceeded my expectations and so far even after only a month post-op, I love my results. Everyone is so helpful and they were able to squeeze me in last minute if I ever had any concerns. His staff, Lyne and Shannon and all the nurses are amazing and are more than willing to accommodate you, or answer any of your questions. If you are researching surgeons, I would highly recommend Dr. Rival as his work is unmatched. I am so happy I went through with my procedure, I truly wish I had done it sooner. Thank you Dr. Rival!

There are not enough positive words in the English language that would describe my overall experience including before, during, and after my procedure which ultimately resulted in me having my dream nose. It took me well over 10 years to find him and I’m so happy I waited. His bedside manners and my final results pleasantly exceeded my expections. If you’re ever thinking about having your nose done Dr.Rival is your man because he is an artist! The only regret is not having it done sooner, but then again the wait was well worth it. My review is updated to reflect 1 1/2 year post op and I still love it! I have included some before pictures and after pics. Post op results looked about the same (except for some tiny swelling) as my final results shown in the pics. The instruction given 10/10 Pain level 1/10 Results 10/10 Satisfied -100%
If I could give a higher than 5 star rating, I would. My entire experience with Dr Rival and his staff was more than I could have imagined. I have been contemplating rhinoplasty for years. Prior to seeing Dr. Rival for a consultation, I went to another doctor who came highly recommended. After that consultation, I was pretty turned off by the whole procedure. Fast forward to a year later, I went to see Dr. Rival and was so happy I did! He took the time to explain the entire procedure, leaving me without any further questions to ask! The ladies in the Newmarket office were accommodating, friendly, and always very helpful. The surgery itself went well, I felt minimal discomfort while healing, and am currently 3 weeks post op. I have never felt better about myself and would tell anyone who is contemplating rhinoplasty to book a consultation with Dr. Rival without hesitation!!
Considered a rhinoplasty for years and after meeting Dr Rival I felt confident in my decision. He is an amazing surgeon and was very informative. Surgery and recovery went smoothly and I am very pleased with my results.
