Dr. Choi is very competent and care greatly about his patients. He is my Family Doctor for more than two decades. He positively deserves 5 Stars. He operates in a clinic where he had no control over the facility, including the behavior and the quality of the staff. The clinic staff from time to time reminds you of a third world service. Like a nurse standing at the front desk saying this person sees the Doctor the most, or a phone call saying: you have an appointment with a specialist if you want more information call us, or if there is an appointment with a specialist they don’t call you instead they mail you the appointment they received with a good chance for you to receive it late. Albeit some staff do good professional work. But this environment Dr. Choi had nothing to do with it, and his medical care is very good. For fairness to Dr. Choi James medical practice and care, 5 stars is a well-deserved rating.

I would give Dr. Choi more than 5 stars if I could. This is the hardest working MD that I have ever known. I have a been a patient of his for the last 20 years and have always been impressed with his dedication to helping people. He will take it upon himself to call patients with results well past the time he should be done working. I've received messages at 9pm at night!!! I don't know if he ever takes a vacation or has even been sick and missed a day of work. His dedication to the art and science of medicine is very hard to find. I highly recommend him and it's worth waiting for him if need a walk -in doctor.
Dr. J. Choi deserves all respect and appreciation. He listens to you attentively, explains everything about your health conditions with full details, and never rushes you. He is caring, thoughtful, and definitely experienced. I was about to do another test, but dr. Choi had the right diagnosis and guided me to do the right test at a more reasonable price. He saved me a lot of time, money, and hassle. BTW, you may not be able to see him at the exact time of your appointment and may need to wait for a few minutes. But to me, that is not a punctuality issue and is acceptable because Dr. Choi gives full attention to all his patients and he does not end the session until all the questions of patients are answered. So I prefer him over other doctors who have their appointments on time but act robotically. I believe Dr. Choi does his job with integrity. And about the staff, they are very kind and do their best to help you.

He is fantastic. I've been seeing him for the past 20 years. He will always take the time to address not only your initial concerns, but he will also ask about previous issues to ensure they are resolved. Kindest, caring man. He also never takes vacation, so he is always working!
