Sevan was extremely informative during our engagement ring search. He never pressured us to go beyond our budget, but rather laid out all of the options of diamonds that suited our request best. Once a diamond was chosen, Sevan was very patient in ensuring that our EXACT vision in a ring design was achieved (and I mean EXACT!). Sevan created, reviewed, and readjusted 3D renderings. He described what, in his opinion, would look best to make the ring delicate and tasteful as we worked together to make our vision a reality. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sevan to all of my friends and family who are looking for high quality custom jewelry & engagement rings.

My experience with Sevan was extremely positive. Shopping and buying an engagement ring can be very overwhelming, considering that it is one of the most important decisions you'll make in your life - for many reasons. Going to Sevan's shop was more like going for a consultation, education rather than just shopping. Sevan was very patient and not at all pushy in any way - he provides guidance rather than trying to influence your decision. He has a wide variety of unique, custom designs so that you can pick exactly the perfect, one of a kind ring with the exact diamond that you can choose. Sevan was always responsive and met all of my very tight deadlines and offered same-day re-sizing when I asked. If you want the cheapest option, don't go here, but if you want an unforgettable, flawless ring backed up by professional service, I highly recommend Sevan.
